Suitable for central heating, fireplaces and ventilation. Smooth Wall flexible liners are twice as thick as the standard corrugated liners  and are 2 ply liners vs. the single ply, standard corrugated liner. The construction of the Smooth Wall liner is unique since the inner ply liner has a smooth surface, giving this liner a 20% better draft than the corrugated liner. Having the 20% better draft will sometimes allow you to downsize the liner diameter when venting a gas or oil appliance, making an easier installation or to accommodate a tight chimney flue and still giving you the correct amount of BTU's.
Double –wall construction vs single wall construction : heavier and more  robust pipe.
Due to the double wall the smoke will be warmer going up and a lot easier.
It is a lot easier to clean the residues inside.
